Passmark Comparison
  • Passmark is a program that calculates a  rating based on how your computer performs with the same tests compared to other computer builds.
  • The score of a $1000-$1500 computer doesnt go much higher than 5000.
  • The highest passmark rating is around 9000-10000, this ranks very high.
  • Passmark rates the computers, Videocard, harddrive, 3d rendering, 2d rendering and processor.

My own computer at home scores not very good, because of my video card.

This is the computer I built for the new building.  It scored very well for $1000 in parts plus my labor.

The school computers score at about a 1600.  The new teacher laptops score at about 1800.
